The Town of Whitby is seeking feedback on the DRAFT Development Charge Background Study information provided in Council report CS 50-20. This consultation period will be closing on January 8, 2021. Feedback can be provided directly on the Forum or by email to treasury@whitby.ca.

- Communication received and the Town's response to questions received during the last public consultation period.
- Updated Service Level Histories for Parks & Recreation, By-Law Enforcement and Storm Water Management.
- Recommended Policy and Rate Category Changes for the Proposed By-law
- Draft Capital Forecast for Eligible DC Services
- Draft DC Rates by Service Level and Rate Category
