Recognizing that we all have blind spots that shape our thoughts, words and actions is how we begin the process of self-reflection needed to foster better relationships where we live and work. Join Diversity and Inclusion Consultant, Michel Shah, as she helps us identify the biases we hold and provide strategies to develop “bias consciousness” leading to a more inclusive community.
