Whitby Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Committee Community Survey

The Town of Whitby Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Committee (DIAC) is carrying out this survey to gain a better understanding of the inclusion strengths and needs of the community. Through your input, we would like to understand the barriers residents may currently face related to inclusion, and identify solutions to eliminating those barriers. We will use the survey responses as part of the evaluation of current and future DIAC programs and services for the community.
