At the June 13, 2022, Special Council meeting, Council declared property located at the southeast corner of Garden Street and Burns Street as surplus to its needs and stated its intention to convey one (1), to two (2) acres of the lands to Town Brewery Inc. for the purposes of constructing a brewery and restaurant.

Between July 7 and August 5, there is the opportunity to submit an objection to the Town Clerk using the comment form below. All objections must be in writing and include name, address and reason(s) for objecting. If no objection is received, Council’s decision will be final.
