The Town of Whitby is starting a multi-year project to refresh and revitalize historic Brock Street, from the exit at Highway 401 all the way north to the CP rail track near Maple Street, and we want to know what matters most to you. Is it landscaping, a vibrant entertainment space for community events, smooth sidewalks for strollers and mobility devices, traffic calming measures to ensure a safer street for pedestrians, cyclists, and motorists? Now through Friday, April 19, take the short survey below about the design features you would like to see. Last fall, the Town of Whitby temporarily removed the basketball net at Forest Heights Park due to concerns raised about noise created during its use.
